First of a series of reports on ‘Women in the Intra-Afghan Peace Talks’. Throughout this series, our findings seek to both recognize the vital contributions women make to creating long-term peace and stability in Afghanistan but also to acknowledge the many remaining obstacles and invisible barriers women and girls experience and to offer recommendations for a more mainstreated inclusion of women politically, socially and culturally.
